Aaron has a lot of hair and wears a lot of hats. He uses his background in accounting, financial analysis, information systems, and administration to keep the day-to-day operation…well-lubricated. At &Access, Aaron coordinates project management, budgeting and expenditures, and billing for all projects to ensure that &Access is organized and well-situated to continue providing quality deliverables to the individuals and organizations that call upon us for strategic planning. He helps keep Bobby both on his toes and firmly grounded.

Previously Aaron was an Accountant and, then, Credit Analyst at Capital Automotive REIT where he took an integral role on their accounting team before going on to work on and lead teams involved in acquisition underwriting and led a team for due diligence review on a $4.7 billion asset-backed securities issuance. His previous experience also includes work at RESSCO where he overhauled, organized, and standardized the database for their 3000 unit multi-family residential portfolio.

However, his favorite moments in life were spent roaming the friendly skies as Flight Attendant for one of the US’s largest airlines. Aaron’s educational background includes earning his BS Accounting at Georgia State University.
